Rellan is owned and operated by Dylan Abdanan, BS, HTL(ASCP), a Grossing Histotechnologist with 10 years of grossing experience in hospital and reference laboratories.
Grossing support
Rellan provides temporary surgical pathology grossing coverage. Assignments are coordinated directly with laboratory leadership and the facility’s procurement or vendor-management team.
Rellan works directly with your Pathologists’ Assistants, adjusting daily grossing to their priorities and feedback to provide relief while supporting turnaround goals within your approved staffing budget.
Facility Requirements
Professional credentials and assignment-specific documentation are provided during onboarding. Services are performed within the agreed scope and the facility’s approved procedures.

Privacy Policy & Analytics

This policy explains how Rellan LLC handles information from visitors to rellan.co, including website analytics, business visitor identification, and our availability-request form.
Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, organization, and message you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate requested services, and maintain related business records. Our hosting and email-delivery providers process information as needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Please do not submit patient information, specimen identifiers, or other sensitive clinical information through this website.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, referring websites, approximate visitor locations, and page views. Google Analytics uses cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, and processes information such as browser and device details, page addresses, visit times, visit duration, and cookie identifiers. Google processes IP addresses to estimate approximate location and operate its service. Our Analytics cookies are configured to expire after up to 90 days without extending that period on each visit; browser settings may shorten their lifetime.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-form contents, patient information, or on-site search text to Google Analytics. Enhanced tracking of scrolling, outbound-link clicks, site searches, forms, videos, and downloads is disabled. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent by our Google tag and limit referring addresses to the referring website’s origin. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled for our tag, and advertising storage and advertising-data permissions are denied. Google Analytics does not identify a visitor’s employer for us.

Apollo business visitor tracking
We use Apollo to help identify businesses visiting our website, understand their interest in our services, and support relevant business outreach. Apollo receives technical and visit information, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, page addresses, referring pages, and visit activity, and may use cookies or similar technologies to associate visits with business information. This business-identification service is separate from Google Analytics.
Apollo may combine information with data from other sources and use contributed data to maintain and enrich its business-information database, which is available to its customers. Its processing can therefore extend beyond reports prepared for Rellan. Read Apollo’s Privacy Policy for its collection, use, sharing, retention, and international processing practices, and visit Apollo’s Privacy Center for requests relating to information Apollo holds.
Where tracking runs and browser choices
Our Google Analytics and Apollo tags load only when our hosting service identifies a visit as coming from the United States. Both stay off for visits from other countries, when the country cannot be determined, and when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Location checks are approximate. Previously saved Rellan analytics opt-out preferences also prevent both tags from loading in that browser.
You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. These settings apply to the browser or device where you make the choice. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Changing browser settings does not automatically delete information already collected; contact us or the relevant provider about deletion. Google and Apollo may receive information about activity across websites that use their services, as described in their policies.
Website operation and other services
Our hosting service also provides traffic totals and processes technical information to deliver and protect the website. This processing is separate from Google Analytics and Apollo. Some resource checklists save your selections locally in your browser. External websites linked from Rellan have their own privacy practices.
Retention and privacy questions
Cookie expiration is separate from retention of analytics reports and information you send us directly. We keep inquiry and business records as needed to respond, manage our services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or about this policy, contact info@rellan.co. We will handle requests subject to applicable law and any required retention. Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised effective date.
